Senior Accountant:
Lead month-end and year-end close activities, including preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules. The Senior Accountant will prepare and analyze financial statements, account reconciliations, and variance reports. Maintain general ledger accuracy and investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies. Support external audits, compliance requirements, and financial documentation requests. The Senior Accountant will identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, reporting efficiencies, and internal controls. The Senior Accountant will assist with financial analysis and special projects as needed. Qualifications for the
Senior Accountant:
5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including general ledger and month-end close responsibilities. Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and account analysis. Experience preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting audit activities. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred. CPA or CPA-track experience is a plus.
