Job Description
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements for assigned real estate properties.
- Perform account reconciliations for cash, accounts receivable, accounts payable, balance sheet accounts, and general ledger activity.
- Prepare journal entries, accruals, reclasses, adjusting entries, and supporting schedules for month-end and year-end close.
- Analyze property-level financial results, research variances, and provide clear explanations to management.
- Partner with property managers and internal accounting teams to resolve accounting issues and improve reporting processes.
- Support annual budgets, forecasts, audits, tax-related reporting, internal controls, and process improvement initiatives. Compensation and Benefits
