$75,000 – $85,000

Property Accountant:
Manage the full-cycle accounting process for an assigned portfolio of multifamily properties Prepare monthly financial statements, journal entries, and account reconciliations Perform month-end close activities, including balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis Monitor cash flow, forecast cash needs, and oversee property-level banking activity Calculate and process management fees, owner distributions, accruals, and reclasses Partner with on-site property management teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting Analyze financial statements and provide commentary and insights to leadership Monitor lender escrows, replacement reserves, debt service, and other property obligations Assist with annual budgets, forecasts, audits, and special projects Support acquisitions, dispositions, and onboarding of new properties Qualifications for the
Property Accountant:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required 3+ years of property accounting experience required Experience managing the full accounting cycle for multiple properties Experience with Yardi, RealPage, MRI, or similar property accounting software Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements EB-1524930179
