Senior Accountant $100,000 – $125,000 + Bonus Why You'll Love This Senior Accountant Opportunity High‑visibility Senior Accountant role working directly with leadership and investors Small, collaborative team where the Senior Accountant has real impact 40‑hour work week with strong work‑life balance and flexibility Excellent tenure and stability—employees build long careers in this Senior Accountant role Hybrid schedule (1 day remote) plus strong benefits and bonus Key Responsibilities of the Senior Accountant Manage GL activity, reconciliations, and daily accounting functions Track cash flow, capital calls, and bank activity Prepare loan statements and amortization schedules Partner with internal teams on IRR reporting, ROI analysis, and investment tracking Coordinate with external accountants and support tax reporting (K‑1s, estimates) Process wires, checks, and intercompany transactions Deliver ad hoc reporting and analysis as a hands‑on Senior Accountant Ideal Background for the Senior Accountant Bachelor's degree in Accounting 4+ years of accounting experience (financial statements/reporting) Experience in construction, real estate, lending, or similar preferred Strong Excel and QuickBooks (or similar) experience Detail‑oriented with strong communication skills and executive presence
