Job Description
Description City Wide is seeking a detail-oriented, service-driven Senior Accountant to provide full-cycle accounting support for a portfolio of locations across the United States and Canada. This hybrid role is responsible for timely, accurate financial reporting, billing, reconciliations, payables, month-end close, and franchisee financial support. The ideal candidate has strong multi-entity accounting experience, advanced Excel skills, and a commitment to exceptional internal and client service. You will partner with OneFinance Controllers, corporate-owned locations, franchise owners, and external partners to maintain accurate, scalable accounting operations. What You'll Do Manage billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, vendor payments, banking activity, and credit card reconciliations. Prepare journal entries, accruals, balance sheet reconciliations, and month-end close activities. Complete month-end close within five to six business days. Prepare monthly income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Support budgeting, forecasting, financial dashboards, and reporting. Partner with Franchise Controllers, franchise owners, and location teams to review financial results and resolve questions. Respond to audit requests and external financial information inquiries. Identify process improvements, strengthen internal controls, and support ERP and reporting system enhancements.
