Fort Collins, CO Our client is seeking a Senior Accountant to play a key role in improving accounting operations, optimizing financial systems, and supporting audit readiness. Why You'll Love This Senior Accountant Opportunity Competitive salary of $100,000–$120,000 Hybrid schedule with only three onsite days per week High-visibility role working directly with accounting leadership Own and optimize Sage Intacct to improve accounting operations Lead initiatives to streamline and shorten the month-end close process Play a critical role in audit preparation and financial reporting Join a collaborative team that values innovation and continuous improvement Opportunity to make a lasting impact on accounting processes and systems Senior Accountant Responsibilities As the Senior Accountant, you will: Manage key aspects of the month-end close process while identifying opportunities for greater efficiency Prepare balance sheet reconciliations, account analyses, and financial reports Perform direct and indirect cost allocations and support cost accounting activities Lead audit preparation efforts and coordinate supporting documentation Serve as the primary Sage Intacct system administrator, driving enhancements and process improvements Develop advanced reporting and reconciliations using Excel Partner with leadership to strengthen accounting processes, reporting, and internal controls What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred Experience with technical accounting and financial reporting Sage Intacct experience strongly preferred Cost accounting experience preferred Healthcare industry experience preferred Manufacturing industry experience is a plus Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query, Power Pivot, and advanced formulas Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills Schedule Hybrid schedule with three onsite days each week Wednesday and Thursday are required onsite days Monday–Friday, 8am-5pm If you're a Senior Accountant looking for a role where you can influence systems, improve processes, and work alongside an innovative accounting team, we'd love to hear from you.
