Responsibilities:

Budgeting and Forecasting Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly rolling forecasting process and schedule for the site, liaising with the site leadership teams to deliver timely and accurate quarterly forecasting. Monthly Reporting Responsible for all month-end closing routines, including necessary Project Accounting processes, and preparation of the monthly reporting pack. Monitoring Financial performance Lead the preparation and analysis of monthly financial reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Provide insights into revenue, gross margin & cost trends, variances, and key drivers for facility expenses Engage with site operational teams to produce site revenue flash Perform detailed variance analysis between actual and budgeted/forecasted financials. Provide detailed explanations and recommendations to management on how to address cost overruns or optimize spending. Take responsibility for updating facility absorption rates and aligned with global standard process and ensuring fully communicated to all stakeholders. Balance Sheet Governance Ensure full reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts for all assigned legal entities, prior to monthly financial close, with a specific focus on Work-in-progress and Accrued / Deferred income positions. Inventory Accounting Fixed & Intangible Assets Management of intercompany reconciliation and confirmation process.

Requirements:

Degree in Accounting or Finance 7+ years of relevant accounting experience. Monthly reporting and Project Accounting Experience is a required. BS Reconciliations with a focus on WIP, Inventory Management, Fixed Assets, and CAPEX Confident; driven, and ambitious personality Demonstrate good planning and organizational skills
