As a Supervisor, Accounts Payable at FARO CREAFORM, you will oversee the daily accounts payable function, support a talented team, and play a key role in ensuring efficient and accurate financial operations across our global organization. FARO Creaform:
Coordinate and supervise the day-to-day activities of the Accounts Payable team to ensure efficient, accurate, and compliant operations Coach, support, and develop team members while fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment Oversee invoice processing, vendor account reconciliations, and payment requests while ensuring adherence to established deadlines Review and approve payment runs, ensuring the accuracy of transactions and alignment with cash management objectives Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve payment discrepancies, invoice issues, and escalated concerns Participate in month-end and year-end close activities, including account analysis, accruals, and reconciliations related to accounts payable Establish, monitor, and maintain effective internal controls to ensure compliance with corporate policies, accounting standards, and audit requirements Analyze departmental performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and service levels Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation, responding to inquiries, and implementing corrective actions when required Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimization, automation projects, and enhancements to financial systems and ERP tools used across FARO CREAFORM's global operations. Demonstrated ability and willingness to use AI tools to improve productivity, decision-making, work quality, and to reduce costs. The successful candidate must be able to identify appropriate AI use cases and critically evaluate AI-generated outputs What will help you succeed at

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field 5+ years of experience in accounts payable or financial operations Previous supervisory or team leadership experience Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and ERP systems Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities We are a drug-free workplace with pre-employment drug screening.
