Accounts Payable Manager Location:
Orlando, FL (Onsite) Must reside in or be within commuting distance of the Greater Orlando area.

Accounts Payable Manager:
Oversee end-to-end Accounts Payable activities across multiple entities, including invoice processing, approvals, payments, and vendor management Lead, mentor, and support the AP team while monitoring productivity, accuracy, and service levels Manage ACH, wire, check, and other payment processes while ensuring compliance with internal controls and approval workflows Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, including reconciliations, accruals, and audit requests Identify process improvements and partner on ERP enhancements, testing, and automation initiatives Qualifications for the
Accounts Payable Manager:
5+ years of progressive Accounts Payable experience, including leadership of an AP team Experience managing high-volume invoice processing and payment operations in a multi-entity environment Strong knowledge of full-cycle Accounts Payable, procure-to-pay processes, reconciliations, close activities, and internal controls Experience with ERP systems; Oracle Fusion and Medius experience strongly preferred #AccountsPayableManager #AccountingJobs #FinanceJobs EB-8302154853
