Mid-Level Accountant - Miami Office We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Mid-Level Accountant to join our Miami office. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, excellent organizational skills, and hands-on experience with Yardi software .Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports Reconcile bank accounts, general ledger accounts, and monthly statements Assist with month-end and year-end close processes Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions Prepare journal entries and financial analysis Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards Support audits and provide requested documentation Utilize Yardi software for property/accounting management tasksQualifications:
3+ years of accounting experience Previous experience with Yardi is required Strong understanding of GAAP principles Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems Excellent attention to detail and time management skills Ability to work independently and in a team environmentLocation:
