Accounts Payable Manager:

Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process, including invoice processing, approvals, and payments Oversee vendor onboarding, vendor maintenance, and compliance documentation Review AP aging reports and resolve discrepancies Support month-end close activities, including accruals, reconciliations, and reporting Partner with internal departments to improve payment processes and operational efficiency Supervise, train, and mentor an AP Specialist Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Manager 5+ years of Accounts Payable experience Strong knowledge of AP processes, internal controls, and accounting principles Strong understanding of 1099 compliance requirements Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Supervisory or team lead experience preferred Experience with NetSuite and/or Stampli is highly preferred #
