Job Description

Our client, a growing CPA firm is looking to add an Audit Manager to their staff; you will lead and manage multiple audit and review engagements across a variety of industries. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring high-quality service and helping guide business and process improvements for privately held companies.
Responsibilities:
Managing and planning audit and review engagements Applying technical knowledge of GAAP and GAAS to research and resolve accounting issues Coordinating services across client family groups to deliver exceptional client experiences Building and maintaining strong client relationships Supervising, training, and mentoring associates Participating in networking and business development activities Earning financial incentives for referrals and business growth
Background Required:
5+ years of audit and review experience with privately held and not-for-profit organizations Active CPA license Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills Professionalism, integrity, and dedication to outstanding client service Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Experience with Knowledge Coach and Engagement software a plus Primarily local travel within the Phoenix metro area
