Several members of the leadership team trained with Big 8 firms, so technical standards are high and professional development is taken seriously. You'll gain hands-on experience across: Government entities Nonprofit organisations with revenues ranging from under $1 million to approximately $80 million Construction companies Employee benefit and retirement plans As your confidence grows, so will your responsibilities. You'll be involved in: Audit fieldwork Testing and documentation Working directly alongside Seniors and Managers Building relationships with clients Understanding how engagements are planned, managed and delivered Developing towards leading your own engagements in the future This isn't about staying an Audit Associate indefinitely. It's about preparing you for what's next. Who this role suits You have at least two years of external audit experience within a US CPA firm. Ideally, you've already worked on Governmental, Nonprofit and Construction audits and want to continue building your expertise in those areas. You're curious. You ask questions. You enjoy learning. And you're looking for a firm that's prepared to invest in your long-term development. The culture This is a fully onsite position based in Fort Myers. That's a deliberate decision.
