Join a start-up accounting and consulting firm within the technology space Work fully remote with no busy season About Our Client Join a start-up accounting and consulting firm within the technology space Job Description Plan and manage financial audits to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Lead and supervise audit teams, providing guidance and support throughout the audit process. Analyze financial data and prepare detailed audit reports for stakeholders. Identify areas of improvement and recommend actionable solutions to enhance processes. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and best practices. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address audit findings effectively. Ensure deadlines are met and audits are completed efficiently and accurately. Provide training and mentorship to junior team members as needed. The Successful Applicant A successful Audit Manager should have: Strong experience with financial audits in the Technology & Retail or Manufacturing industries. Knowledge of relevant accounting standards and regulations. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience managing teams and collaborating with multiple stakeholders. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. What's on Offer Competitive salary ranging from $130,000 to $165,000 per year.
