Audit Manager (Public Accounting) Looking for a CPA firm that values work-life balance for their staff? Here, busy season overtime comes back to you as extra PTO or additional pay. There's no pressure to work long hours in busy season, but if you choose to, you'll get rewarded with extra pay (or take more time off in the summer) Summer means half day Fridays There is also a clear path to progress to Partner if you want it. As an Audit Manager, you'll manage a varied client portfolio, support and develop junior staff, and build trusted client relationships. It's a role with plenty of autonomy, backed by genuine opportunities to advance all the way to Partner.
