$150-180k Responsibilities Manage full-cycle audits from planning through finalization Serve as the primary client contact throughout engagements Identify, research, and resolve audit issues independently Review financial statements and prepare audit reports Supervise, train, and mentor junior staff Communicate audit findings and recommendations to clients Manage multiple engagements while meeting deadlines and quality standards Qualifications Senior-level public accounting/audit experience CPA license preferred; inactive CPAs and candidates actively pursuing licensure considered CIRA (Condo/HOA) audit experience strongly preferred Demonstrated ability to manage audits with limited supervision Strong client-facing and communication skills Proven leadership and staff mentoring experience Stable employment history and strong commitment to professional growth Ability and desire to progress toward a Manager-level role
