Job Description

The Point Casino & Hotel is seeking an experienced Revenue Audit Manager to lead our Revenue Audit team. In this role, you'll oversee daily gaming and non-gaming revenue audits, ensure compliance with tribal, state, and federal regulations, and help maintain the financial integrity of one of the region's premier gaming destinations. What You'll Do Lead and supervise the Revenue Audit department. Manage daily gaming, cage, and non-gaming revenue audits. Ensure compliance with
MICS, NIGC
regulations, Tribal Gaming Agency requirements, and internal controls. Review reconciliations, journal entries, income journals, and audit reports. Investigate discrepancies and recommend corrective actions. Support month-end close and external audits. Maintain Title 31 compliance within Revenue Audit operations. Develop and improve audit procedures and internal controls. Hire, train, coach, and develop Revenue Audit team members. Partner with Finance, Compliance, and operational departments to ensure accurate reporting. We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Five or more years of progressive experience in casino revenue audit, accounting, finance, or gaming operations. Two or more years of supervisory experience. Knowledge of casino operations, gaming regulations, and internal controls. Experience with casino management systems such as LNW, IGT, or similar software. Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills. Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office experience. Why Join The Point? Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.
