Duties Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to assess the extent of collision-related repairs. Prepare detailed, accurate auto estimates using industry-standard estimating software and manual calculations. Communicate clearly with customers to explain repair procedures, costs, and timelines, ensuring transparency and satisfaction. Collaborate with insurance adjusters to facilitate claims processing and verify coverage details. Coordinate with repair technicians to prioritize repairs, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of work. Maintain comprehensive records of all estimates, customer interactions, and repair authorizations for accountability and future reference. Qualifications Strong knowledge of auto body repairs. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to clearly explain technical issues to clients. Proficiency in auto estimating software and familiarity with automotive repair processes.

Pay:

$28.00 - $33.00 per hour
