Job Description

Position Summary Siteline CDL Training is seeking a high-energy, results-driven Branch Manager to lead the growth and operations in our new Detroit location. This role combines sales leadership, student recruitment, workforce development partnerships, and operational management to drive branch success. The Branch Manager is responsible for recruiting and enrolling students, managing the student experience from enrollment through graduation, developing relationships with business partners, and achieving revenue goals for the branch.

3+ years of leadership, sales, business development, or branch management experience. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals. Strong relationship-building and networking skills. Excellent communication, inter-personnel and organizational skills.
Preferred:
Experience in workforce development, vocational education, staffing, or training industries. Experience with WIOA programs. Knowledge of transportation or CDL training industries. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Branch revenue growth Monthly student enrollments
Compensation & BenefitsBase Salary:
$50,000 - $75,000+ based on experience
Performance Incentives:
Annual performance bonus Growth incentives tied to branch profitability
