Salary:

$110,000.00 per year (plus bonus opportunities) About the Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated Regional Manager to oversee the daily operations of multiple car wash locations. This is a multi-site leadership position responsible for ensuring operational excellence, exceptional customer service, financial performance, and team development across several locations. Our Regional Managers receive comprehensive hands-on training while participating in leadership development sessions covering business operations, financial management, leadership, and company philosophy. We are looking for leaders who put the customer experience first while developing high-performing teams and delivering a consistently exceptional car wash experience. Regional Manager's are also responsible for covering locations when managers are absent and making sure the site is maintained from an equipment, maintenance, safety, and aesthetics perspective. While not the Regional Manager's primary focus marketing is also an area the Regional Manager should focus on to help better understand the competitive market around their locations and give marketing some guidance as to what is working or not to garner market share. Corporate culture and overall region morale are something the Regional Manager will help to create and maintain with his regional teams.
