You'll have the opportunity to inspire a team, grow member relationships, drive results, and create an exceptional financial experience for the people we serve.
What You'll Do Lead & Inspire:
Coach, develop, and motivate a high-performing team.
Drive Growth:
Achieve goals for deposits, memberships, lending, business services, and referrals.
Build Relationships:
Connect with members, local businesses, and community partners.
Create Exceptional Experiences:
Champion outstanding member service and resolve concerns with a solutions-focused approach.
Think Strategically:
Analyze performance, identify opportunities, and implement strategies that drive results. Lead with
Integrity:
Ensure branch operations follow credit union policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. What You Bring Leadership or supervisory experience; financial services experience preferred. Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong communication, relationship-building, coaching, and problem-solving skills. A passion for helping people achieve their financial goals. Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Ability to multitask, make sound decisions, and lead in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems. Ability to obtain an NMLS license.
