Our Las Vegas branch is growing, and we're looking for an Assistant Branch Manager who will take ownership, build a positive team culture, and team up with Branch Manger and run the branch like they own it. What You'll Do Run day-to-day operations of the Las Vegas branch — vans, people, and processes. Train, coach, and lead a small team with clarity and consistency. Own the fleet's presentation and readiness: cleaning, safety checks, maintenance. Jump in on customer service when needed — lead from the front. Track maintenance, manage expenses and receipts, and coordinate service bookings. Maintain a clean, organized, safe and positive working environment.

What You Bring Required:

Valid U.S. driver's license. Basic mechanical or handyman know-how — you're not afraid of a wrench. Strong communicator with natural leadership instincts. Comfortable with computers, apps, and admin tasks.

Preferred:

Experience in automotive, rental, hospitality, or tourism operations. Team leadership or supervisory background. A passion for road trips or travel is a plus. What You'll Get $55,000-65,000 base salary , Exempt status. Monthly commission on insurance and add-on sales (from day one). Up to $500/month in KPI bonuses for strong branch performance.
