What You'll Do As an Assistant Branch Manager , you'll play a vital role in our members' financial journeys: Act as Branch Manager in their absence, ensuring smooth operations. Coach, train, and mentor branch personnel in service, sales, and operations. Ensure operational integrity, compliance, and physical security of the branch. Create a team environment to deliver superior member experiences. Partner with Field Representatives to address and resolve audit issues. Proactively generate business through community outreach and in-branch promotions. Use sound business judgment to analyze loan applications and make recommendations. Assist with staffing, scheduling, and ensuring adequate service coverage. What You Bring to the
Table Education:
Associate's degree or equivalent experience required.
Experience:
3+ years in a branch or equivalent financial institution role, preferably with supervisory experience.
Skills:
Strong communication and organizational skills. Attention to detail with the ability to multitask under pressure. Intermediate knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications. Excellent technical aptitude and conflict resolution skills.
