Job Description

Accountable for the day-to-day activities of the branch. Provide leadership necessary to motivate employees. Create and maintain a high degree of the branch production by meeting and exceedng company standards. Make sure that all polices and procedures are carried out effectivley. Must verify that all daily duties of the branch and staff are completed every day.

Provide support, training and guidance to the staff.
