Your responsibilities will include:
Present finance, warranty, and protection products to customers. Secure financing through established lender relationships. Structure deals while maximizing profitability and compliance. Ensure all paperwork is accurate, complete, and processed in a timely manner. Maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions. Achieve dealership goals for finance product penetration and customer satisfaction. Stay current on lender programs, manufacturer incentives, and compliance regulations. Assist customers with warranty and protection plan questions or claims. Work closely with the Sales and Management teams to create a seamless customer experience. What We're Looking For Minimum 1 years of dealership F&I experience Polaris dealership experience preferred High School Diploma or GED Polaris Experience Preferred Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Strong communication and customer service skills Proven ability to build value and close finance products Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle record review Why Cavender?
