Flexaseal Engineered Seals and Systems, LLC, is a worldwide systems and mechanical seal manufacturer with facilities in Vermont, Louisiana, New York, Washington, Oklahoma, Texas and Brazil. After 40 years, Flexaseal is continuing to grow with sales agents and distributors servicing over 50 countries. We are seeking a Branch Manager to join our Flexaseal Team in Odessa, TX! Flexaseal is seeking an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to lead operations and drive growth in the West Texas market. This role is ideal for a strong leader with experience in mechanical seals, rotating equipment, reliability, and industrial sales/service.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily branch operations, personnel, and customer support Develop and maintain relationships with industrial customers throughout West Texas Drive sales growth for mechanical seals and reliability solutions Support field service activities, troubleshooting, and customer site visits Lead and mentor branch employees while promoting a strong safety culture Coordinate with engineering, operations, and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction Manage branch profitability, inventory, and operational performance
Qualifications:
Experience in mechanical seals, pumps, rotating equipment, or industrial reliability Previous leadership or management experience preferred Strong customer relationship and business development skills Ability to work independently and lead a team in a fast-paced industrial environment Knowledge of refinery, chemical, pipeline, or oil & gas markets is highly desirable Excellent communication and organizational skills
