About this position:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to leverage your leadership and strategic skills to help meet and exceed branch goals. The work you do will be critical to the success of the team - and the company. While previous experience in recruiting is not required, we are looking for someone with extensive leadership experience. Your team will look to you for guidance, direction and planning support. Being effective and clear in your communication and delegation is essential for the overall health and success of your team. You will : Develop and execute recruiting strategies for clients Conduct performance reviews, training, and coaching for team members. Conduct client quality control visits and solve operational challenges. Plan and delegate order fulfillment and recruiting Hold quarterly business reviews and manage strategic client interactions. Create and execute sales strategies, hold sales meetings, and conduct pipeline sales calls Make outbound calls to set meetings with prospective clients You have: Extensive experience in leadership role in a sales-driven environment A strategic mindset and ability to focus on the bigger picture Exemplary decision-making and problem-solving skills Strong level of communication and effective delegation skills
Pay:
$92,000 - $133,000 base salary (monthly bonuses too!)
Location :
This is an in-office role with some travel to local client sites.
