Job Responsibilities:
Oversee daily accounts payable activities, including invoice review, coding, processing, approvals, and electronic filing Manage corporate purchasing and vendor records, including account maintenance, setup, updates, and reconciliations Research and resolve invoice discrepancies, exceptions, and other accounting-related issues to ensure timely resolution Maintain accurate financial documentation and support internal controls, month-end close, audit, and tax preparation Collaborate with internal departments and external accounting partners while assisting with special projects and other accounting initiatives as needed
Requirements:
Experience working in a high-volume, multi-location environment with automation tools Advanced Microsoft Excel experience (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS) Why choose Addison Finance & Accounting?
