100% On-Site About the Opportunity A premier, well-established manufacturing and distribution organization is seeking a dependable, detail-driven Accounts Receivable Clerk I to join its on-site accounting team. This entry-level role offers hands-on operational exposure within a collaborative department, focusing on core billing, cash application, and customer account maintenance. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. At least 6 months of direct, practical experience in accounts receivable, billing, cash application, collections, or related accounting support. (Note:
General clerical or administrative background without accounting/AR exposure does not qualify.) Accurate, efficient alphanumeric and 10-key data entry skills. Working proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel and Outlook . Strong organization, dependable follow-through, and professional written/verbal communication skills. Ability to work a full 8-hour schedule daily with flexibility for overtime during month-end and year-end close. Must be available to attend an in-person interview. Preferred Qualifications Up to 1 year of experience in accounts receivable or accounting operations. Associate's or Bachelor's degree (or relevant coursework) in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration paired with practical internship/work experience. Prior experience utilizing ERP or standard accounting software. Prior industry background within a manufacturing or distribution environment. #COR1Pay:
