    Type:

    Part-time, temporary - starts as an approximately one-month project to cover a leave , with potential to extend or become an ongoing role.

      Hours:

      20 hours per week most weeks, up to 30 hours per week during peak periods.

        Schedule:

        Flexible on days and hours. On-site only (this is not a remote role).

          Pay:

          $20-$25 per hour, depending on experience. Overview We're looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Accounts Receivable Clerk to support our accounting team. This role is critical in managing wholesale accounts, resolving payment issues, and maintaining accurate financial records-especially as we continue to optimize our ERP systems and processes. It's a great fit for someone who wants flexible, part-time work in a friendly, fast-moving consumer-products company. Key Responsibilities

          • Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices and past-due balances
          • Communicate with customers to explain charges, payments, and account status
          • Process payments, credits, refunds, and adjustments accurately
          • Investigate and help resolve payment discrepancies, declined transactions, and billing issues
          • Keep accounts receivable records accurate and up to date for our wholesale customers
          • Enter and update payment and account information in our accounting system
          • Work with the sales and customer service teams on order and billing questions Qualifications
          • 2+ years of accounts receivable or general bookkeeping experience
          • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
          • Comfortable working with ERP systems (experience with Fulfil, NetSuite, or similar is a plus)
          • Experience handling high-volume customer communication
          • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, data organization, basic formulas)
          • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently Preferred Skills
          • Experience in the wholesale, apparel, or consumer goods industry
          • Familiarity with payment processors (e.g., Authorize.net) What We're Looking For
