full-time ShipAmigo is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage our AR, AP, Payroll & HR while assisting in administrative duties. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to learn quickly by having strong attention to detail, thrives in being part of a fast growing startup environment and is looking for long term professional growth. Bookkeeping Duties Create AR Invoices by utilizing our Warehouse Management System (WMS) to provide data by customer for storage, pick/pack and shipping fees and entering these into QuickBooks Online. Ensuring we are invoicing our customers accurately and for all costs incurred. Manage accounts receivable by being in communication with customers about their invoices and payment. Manage accounts payable by being in communication with vendors about payment and bill accuracy. Collaborate with other departments to streamline accounting processes. Purchasing & Cost Control duties Establish and document processes for the Accounting Department HR Duties Review personnel time sheets for accuracy for payroll processing Serve as point person for employee questions, conflict resolution, coaching managers on performance issues, and conduct investigations into complaints. Compliance Skills Proficiency in QuickBooks Online Strong computer skills, MS Office (Excel & Outlook a must) Google Sheets and Drive. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
