Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full-cycle accounts payable process from invoice receipt through paymentReview, verify, and process a high volume of invoices accurately and timelyPerform purchase order matching and resolve discrepanciesHandle inventory reconciliations and support accurate tracking of materials and related costsProcess invoices for subcontractors, equipment, and other construction-related vendorsMaintain vendor records and respond to vendor inquiriesEnsure proper coding and documentation in accordance with company proceduresAssist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payableGenerate reports and analyze AP data using Excel
