Prior bookkeeping/accounting experience is required. Responsibilities Accounts payable and accounts receivable Invoicing and customer payments Bank and credit card reconciliations Vendor payments and account reconciliation Collections and past-due account follow-up Maintaining accurate financial records General bookkeeping and accounting duties Experience Proven bookkeeping experience with a strong understanding of accounting systems including QuickBooks. Knowledge of corporate accounting principles and standards; familiarity with non-profit accounting is a plus. Experience in public accounting or working within an accounting department is highly desirable. Strong grasp of financial concepts including general ledger accounting, journal entries, bank reconciliation, and account analysis. Ability to handle payroll processing efficiently while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Pay:
$25.00 - $40.00 per hour
