DOE Hours:
40 hours per week. This position is 100% in office.
Address:
7040 County Road 20 Longmont, CO 80504 ARC Colorado, Inc. a MIM/PIM manufacturing company located in Firestone, CO is looking for an organized and detail oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team. This is a key role in our organization that requires flexibility, teamwork and ability to move at a fast pace.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Management of all AP invoices.
  • Matching of packing slip or shipping documents to the invoices (if applicable).
  • Preparation of invoices for input into the ERP system.
  • Review of purchase order receipts, quantities and amounts to ensure billing accuracy.
  • Entry of AP invoices into ERP system.
  • Reconciliation of vendor statements to ERP system.
  • Maintaining proper storage AP documents. This includes sorting, filing & scanning of vendor invoices, statements and other documents as needed.
  • Ability to identify and resolve invoice to system variances.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Performs other duties within the finance department as needed.
CANDIDATE EXPECTATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
:
  • Minimum of two years of Accounts Payable experience
REQUIRED
.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel knowledge
REQUIRED.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Consistent attendance.
  • Ability to work with little direct supervision
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Honest and strong work ethic.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Manufacturing and standard costing/variance GL account experience
  • Associate degree with emphasis in accounting
  • Familiarity with Colorado sales & use tax.
  • Experience with Infor CloudSuite Industrial or Infor Syteline
ERP. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Expected to sit for extended periods of time
  • From time to time, may be required to stand, sit, walk, stoop, and bend.
  • May be required to lift and move 10-25 pounds
  • The noise environment is generally quiet
