As our business continues to expand, we're seeking a Bookkeeping Specialist who can confidently handle our daily accounting activities and help keep our financial operations organized and accurate. What You'll Do Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable Process payroll and maintain employee payroll records Record and manage transactions using QuickBooks Complete bank and credit card reconciliations Maintain accurate customer and vendor accounts Support month-end bookkeeping and financial reporting Research and correct accounting discrepancies What We're Looking For Prior professional bookkeeping experience Strong working knowledge of AP and AR Proven payroll experience Proficiency with QuickBooks Excellent accuracy and attention to detail Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and handle confidential information What We Offer 50% company-paid medical insurance 50% company-paid dental insurance 50% company-paid vision insurance 401(k) with 4% company match 7 paid holidays yearly Tenure-based paid vacation - 3 weeks with 5 years of service!
