High SchoolResponsibilitiesKey ResponsibilitiesAccounts Payable (AP) Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner. Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documentation. Verify account coding and secure proper payment approvals. Accounts Receivable (AR) Generate and distribute customer invoices promptly. Process incoming payments (checks, ACH, wire transfers) and cash accurately. Maintain complete and up-to-date customer account records. General Accounting & Support Prepare daily bank deposits and reconcile cash receipts and assigned general ledger accounts. Assist with month-end and year-end close activities. Support external audit processes by preparing requested schedules and documentation.
