Elmhurst, IL Key Responsibilities Manage business-to-business (B2B) collections for a high-volume portfolio of customer accounts Contact customers via phone and email to collect outstanding balances and resolve payment issues Monitor aging reports and prioritize delinquent accounts to reduce DSO Research and resolve payment discrepancies, short pays, deductions, and unapplied cash Apply customer payments accurately and timely Reconcile customer accounts and investigate account variances Prepare AR aging reports and collection status updates Assist with month-end close by reconciling AR-related accounts #AO9
