Responsibilities:
Accurate and timely accounts payable invoices processing Prepare monthly journal entries and supplemental reporting Train and work with employees in all departments within the company Continuous Process Improvement Proactively work with the IT department on AP system issues Committed to timely and clear communications with vendors Special Projects as needed Assure internal control compliance
Qualifications:
Associates degree or equivalent experience preferred Solid computer skills including knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook; Epicor ERP Software is a plus Experience working in a professional office environment Superb organization, communication, attention to detail and clerical input accuracy skills Great work ethic and service-based positive attitude Must be able to work independently within the accounting group and self-motivated Self-starter with ability to work in a team environment
