Apply Description The client services account associate role is important to the organization's ability to maintain our client's finances while in treatment. The person in this role will execute the day-to-day financial process for each of our clients and place and distribute Walmart and tobacco orders, ultimately ensuring that the department operates at peak efficiency. Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School diploma or equivalent GED
- Active Kentucky Driver's License
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite of products
- Process Jot forms for all Isaiah House facilities
- Collects, sorts, and arranges for transport of mail to all Isaiah House facilities
- Process client's credit/debit cards or deposit cash to add money to their CACTAS accounts
- Assist clients in obtaining account balances and account statements as requested
- Conduct research regarding client inquiries
- Ensure the collection and proper dispersion of all incoming client money and deliver to Client Finance Supervisor
- Receive cigarettes from house office for clients that came in over the weekend/after hours
- Other duties as assigned
