Job Description

Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Support Representative to join their team. As an Accounts Receivable Support Representative, you will be part of the Finance Department supporting the Accounts Receivable team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift:
Mon - Fri 8:00AM-5:00PM What's the Job? Manage and oversee the accounts receivable processes to support financial stability. Follow up regularly with customers to ensure timely payments and resolve outstanding issues. Research and reconcile payment remittances, escalating concerns to team leads when necessary. Minimize bad debt write-offs and maximize cash receipts through effective communication and negotiation. Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and ensure customer satisfaction. What's Needed? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills. Excellent communication skills for engaging with customers and internal teams. Experience or familiarity with accounts receivable processes preferred. Customer service experience from roles such as call centers, restaurants, or hotels is advantageous.
