Accounting Assistant Princeton Properties Management Inc. - 3.8 Lowell, MA Job Details 11 hours ago Qualifications English Full Job Description The Accounting Assistant is responsible for managing various financial tasks in support of the daily accounting operations for all properties as assigned. Duties include supporting the Accounting Analysts, Controller and the CFO as necessary.
Responsibilities:
Process and code vendor invoices for multiple properties Review invoices for accuracy, approvals, and coding Track property utility expenses in excel Prepare and process weekly vendor payments Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payment status Prepare annual vendor 1099's Assist analysts with month-end close, including proper period invoice posting Assist in maintaining vendor database Reconcile vendor statements with payment status in property management software
Qualifications:
Associate's Degree with concentration in business/accounting is preferred, or a minimum of 2 years of accounting or equivalent experience.
