full-time We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Clerk to join our accounting team. This position will be responsible for supporting day-to-day accounts payable activities, expense report processing, credit card reconciliation, and other administrative accounting functions. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-focused, comfortable working with financial information, and willing to learn and support multiple areas of the business. We value teamwork and believe in cross-training employees across departments to create a collaborative and flexible work environment. About the Role Key Responsibilities Review and approve employee expense reports in the Concur system, ensuring expenses are properly documented and coded. Process vendor invoices Reviewing invoices for accuracy and proper authorization Assigning appropriate account codes Entering invoices into the accounts payable system Scanning, filing, and maintaining supporting documentation Posting transactions Preparing checks and other payment documentation Code and process monthly corporate credit card statements. Track trade show payments and related activity, ensuring payments and expenses are accurately recorded and monitored. Maintain organized electronic and paper accounting records through scanning, filing, and document management. Provide backup support for customer invoicing and collections as needed. Assist with other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned. Work collaboratively with other departments and provide support where needed. Participate in cross-training and develop knowledge of various accounting and administrative functions throughout the organization. Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling financial and company information. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; accounting coursework or an associate degree is a plus. Previous accounts payable, accounting, or administrative experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good organizational and time-management skills. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Comfortable working with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Experience with Concur or an accounting/ERP system is a plus. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability and willingness to learn new systems, processes, and responsibilities. Dependable, flexible, and willing to assist across departments.
