AR Billing Specialist | Joppa, MD We are partnering with a growing company in the modular construction industry that is looking for an AR Billing Specialist to join their accounting team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, project teams, and accounting while owning the billing process from project setup through final invoicing. You'll play a key role in ensuring accurate, timely billing and will work closely with Project Managers, Business Development Managers, and customers throughout the project lifecycle. What you'll be doing: Manage the billing process from project setup through invoicing Set up customers within the ERP system Verify tax information and customer billing requirements Generate and submit customer invoices, including through customer portals Coordinate monthly billing activities Partner with Project Managers and Business Development Managers to ensure accurate and timely billing Build strong relationships with internal teams and customers We're looking for someone who has: Billing or accounting experience in construction, modular construction, manufacturing, equipment rental, or another project-based industry Experience working in an accounting ERP system (any ERP is welcome) Intermediate Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and basic formulas Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written communication skills The ability to learn quickly, take ownership, and work independently after training

Pay:

$65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
