Type:
full-time Our client is currently seeking an Entry Level Account Associate to work onsite at our HQ in downtown Frederick, Maryland. A hybrid telework schedule will be implemented after proper on-site training is completed. This is an entry level role, and successful candidates must have acute attention to detail and be adaptable. This individual will be cross trained on multiple accounts, duties, and processes, so the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and multi-task is essential.
Responsibilities:
Working under leadership guidance and teammates, supporting vendor partners, and adhering to processes within the full cycle of government procurement. Provide overall office support by assisting the team with a wide variety of daily administrative, customer service, and logistics tasks. Processes purchase orders and track multi-shipment processes & discrepancies. Routinely access portals to retrieve documents, process orders, submit invoices, and input data. Oversees specific designated portals and systems for contacts and deal tracking; coordinates with team and inputs data, documentation, & tracking information. Conduct various AR/AP duties. Answer general questions/follow-up with customers via phone and email regarding various requests. Generate and disseminate multiple reports and statements in monthly and quarterly cadences. Perform special projects, reporting tasks, and other duties as assigned by Leadership.
Qualifications:
Must be extremely detailed-oriented consistently across multi-facets. Must be computer savvy with demonstrated proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). QuickBooks experience is a plus but not required. Must demonstrate professional and courteous customer service skills, and work as a part of a team. Ability to juggle multiple tasks with superb accuracy (attention to detail) with the capability to prioritize. Strong sense of urgency for completing tasks on-time, with the ability to problem-solve complex issues/challenges. Must bring a positive attitude with the ability to change directions as business needs dictate. Looking forward to connecting over this open role!
