Finance Accounting Assistant Part Time - 56 hours/pay Full Benefits Scheurer Health, a critical access hospital, is seeking a part-time Accounting Assistant. The candidate will assist in the daily activities and responsibilities of the Finance office. Position responsibilities include but are not limited to: Assist in preparation of month end financial statements Assist in entry of monthly journal entries Assist in general ledger maintenance Assist with annual preparation of audit work papers for both annual audits and cost reports Reconcile bank statements Assist in payroll preparation and distribution Minimum Requirements Associate s degree in accounting or related field 1 year of experience using spreadsheet and word processing programs
