Job Description
Waste Connections is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our GROWING team.
PAY:

:- Prepare and distribute invoices for assigned billing cycles to customers.
- Organize, produce, and finalize invoices for all special and sophisticated accounts.
- Process credits/refunds to customers as necessary.
- Reconcile Wires, credit cards, cash and check payments.
- Online decisioning for unidentified payments.
- Contact vendors as needed.
- Assist in month-end and year-end close.
- Review and analyze incoming information to determine validity.
- Assist with preparing batches and charging customer accounts.
- Audit accounts as needed.
- Other duties as needed.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Must be detailed oriented and well organized.
- Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English.
- 2+ years of Accounts Payable/Receivable experience.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
