Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Advanced Practice (AP) Esthetician and Lash Artist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical expertise in advanced esthetics, a strong sales background, and a deep commitment to lash extension services. Expertise in eyelash extensions is essential, along with proficiency in facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, microneedling, and skincare treatments. The right candidate will be enthusiastic, professional, and aligned with our upscale, client-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of beauty treatments, including facials, HydraFacials, lymphatic drainage, facial massage, chemical peels, microneedling, dermaplaning, and eyelash extensions. May also perform brow lamination, lash lifting, tinting, and facial waxing. Consult with clients to understand their beauty goals and recommend appropriate services. Provide personalized recommendations for at-home skincare routines and products. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines. Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques.

Qualifications:

Valid Advanced Practice Esthetician License in Minnesota. Strong sales skills with the ability to attract and retain clients. Expertise in advanced esthetics and eyelash extensions . Excellent communication and customer service skills. Proficient knowledge of skincare and beauty products. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Social media proficiency, including the ability to create high-quality photos and videos for marketing purposes. Self-motivated to promote services, engage with potential clients, and stay on top of beauty trends. Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and procedures.
