Key Responsibilities:
Process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and timely Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices to ensure proper documentation Resolve discrepancies and communicate with vendors and internal departments Assist with month-end closing and reporting activities Maintain vendor records and ensure compliance with company policies Support audits and provide documentation as needed
Qualifications:
2+ years of accounts payable experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting Strong understanding of accounting principles and AP processes Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and Microsoft Excel Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
