Job Description

At Park Hills Chevrolet, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service in a fast-paced, automotive environment. We're seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant with hands-on experience in dealership or automotive settings to support our financial operations and title processing.
Job Summary:
The Office Assistant will manage day-to-day accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. In addition to performing cashiering and phone support, this position will assist with processing and maintaining accurate vehicle title records. The ideal candidate will combine strong organizational skills with a background in automotive or dealership operations.
Responsibilities:
Process invoices, vendor payments, and expense reports for accounts payable. Manage customer billing, collections, and data entry for accounts receivable. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies. Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting. Process and maintain accurate vehicle title documentation, including preparing title applications, verifying information, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. Answer incoming phone calls and provide general customer service support. Perform cashiering duties, including handling cash transactions and balancing registers. Communicate effectively with vendors, customers, and internal departments.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred). Proven experience in accounts payable/receivable, ideally within a dealership or automotive environment. Experience in title processing or clerical duties related to vehicle documentation is a plus. Experience in handling phone systems and performing cashiering duties. Strong attention to detail, organizational, and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
