Schedule:
7am-4pmJob Summary:
Contribute to the achievement of targets and objectives through timely payment of creditors, thus facilitating a sustainable relationship with suppliers. Provide education and training to all on Accounts Payable requirements and services Review and verify all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment. Manage all order and sundry payments and process all incoming invoices. Prepare invoices for data entry. Match purchase orders to invoices.Responsibilities:
Process backup reports for data entry. Distribute monthly financial or accounts payable related reports. Credit card administration. T&E expense management expert, site/regional liaison for the T&E tool. Master Vendor database - Review Weekly Data Audit changes for Ellipse & SAP systems in compliance with internal controls and other audit requirements Vendor Credit Application Responses - Liaise with vendors regarding company Policy re: Credit Applications. Maintains schedules, administers systems for activities such as purchase, receipt, dispatch, delivery of goods and/or services. Handles routine aspects of and/or troubleshoots work performed by less senior clerks. Deals with external sources such as customers and suppliers in order to resolve routine queries and problems. Produces regular analyses of information relating to work processed. Manages contract variation and measurement orders. Codes and checks expenditure requisitions. Maintains all payment or other transaction records. Maintains relevant accounting and finance files and information accurately and in line with procedures.Qualifications:
